RICHARD McINTOSH

Nurse Practitioner

Richard began his healthcare career as a home health aide in autism group homes before realizing his passion for making a greater impact through nursing.

He earned his Associate of Science in Nursing from Rivier University and later completed his Master of Science in Nursing at the University of New Hampshire, becoming a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.

With five years of experience across long-term care, pediatric home care, acute hospital settings, and hospice and palliative care, Richard is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes dignity, comfort, and understanding.

He values accessibility in healthcare for underserved populations such as the LGBTQIA+ and autism communities and has a strong professional interest in post-discharge hospital care, focusing on continuity, communication, and improved outcomes as patients transition back to the community.
