Sara Castantini
Nurse Practitioner
She worked as a bedside nurse at Portsmouth Regional Hospital for five years on the medical/oncology and interventional cardiology units. Sara then went on to complete a Master of Nursing degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in 2015. She previously worked as an NP at clinics in Portsmouth, NH and Danvers, MA.
Sara believes in an integrative approach to patient-centered care. She is passionate about making meaningful connections with her patients while maintaining a high quality level of care for them. She has particular interests in cardiac medicine, women’s health, and caring for the entire family across the lifespan. A Newburyport native, she is very excited to be joining the team at United Family Medical Center. She currently resides in the area with her husband and two children.
